2019 Family Session Giveaway

The Story

After working together as Americorps Vistas, I was grateful that Angela became more than a co-worker. She grew to be a great friend that strengthened my testimony and had me laugh until my sides hurt. Years later, when I was building my portfolio before I started my photography business, I felt prompted to reach out to her for a free family session. It turned out that she hadn't had updated family pictures for 7 years. We had a great session at Provo Castle while we rebonded over Harry Potter and Johnny Depp. It was like time and distance hadn't effected our friendship at all. 2 weeks after our session, Angela unexpectedly passed away. With the bittersweet gift of hindsight, I've realized that was why Heavenly Father impressed upon me to reach out and take her family pictures. I know the memories of laughter, love, and moments of family I was able to capture is a gift that her family will forever cherish. I am also grateful for the short 5 years Angela was able to bless my life.

THe GiveAway

To honor Angela's memory, I want to gift a deserving family with a free family session. The session includes:

• 30 minute minimum - 1 hour maximum session
• 1 location in Utah County of your choice with multiple poses & settings
• 30+ edited photos through digital download
• Full print rights

There is no limit on entries from any one person. Time for entries will run from 11/07/19 at 8am to 12/01/19 at 12pm. The winner will be randomly selected and announced 12/02/19 at 2pm then contacted through private message. The prize is restricted to non-extended family groups and to Utah County locations only.

My photography business has never been about making money. I feel that it is a talent that can be used to bless the lives of others and that is payment enough for me. This giveaway in particular has been a goal I've had in mind from the beginning. I hope it can help start to give back for the many blessings I have received in my life.
