When at a family reunion, one must take advantage of the gorgeous, new locale and take your neice's senior photos! We couldn't have found a better place for her fierce, red hair!! It was fun to explore and Kai was sucha natural when it came to posing. I felt like it only took seconds to get "the shot" and everyone was so pretty. I know I'm biased but see for yourself! I'm not lying.

Nothing is cuter than 3 boys in matching bowties! For my last mini-session of 2018, and the last session before the color change of fall, I got to giggle and play as these little hams for the camera smiled their hearts out. I loved getting to know this family. Chatting with the parents, they laughed as they recognized how easy this shoot was because they didn't have to dress-up themselves. I'm with ya on that. Amen. My nephew is heading out on his mission starting in August to serve the great people of Riverside, California. This is the first kid in my extended family so it's pretty exciting! Michael is such an easy going kid during our session walking around Provo Center Street with Mom and Dad in tow. He's not one for smiling but we worked out a trick to get a genuine one to sneak out. I had him wiggle his eyebrows up and down and the silliness of it all worked out great. Good luck on your mission, Michael! I know you'll do awesome! Location: American Fork Amphitheater
30 people?! There's lots of love to go around with a beautiful family of this size and they have the cutest faces! It's amazing to see all the joy and happiness that can come from two people falling in love. Congrats to Brad and Julie for having such a beautiful, strong, and close family. We love you all so much! For the big group shot, I set up my tripod and posed everybody before I ran over with my remote. We took that picture first because everyone's, especially the little ones, attentions allowed them to cooperate a lot easier. I'm pretty proud of how they turned out! Sometimes your client has to cancel due to unforeseen scheduling issues and wonderfully, it turns into a tiny blessing. I was able to take that hour meant for my session and walk around Paul Reams Wilderness Park and Provo River Trail. I embraced the small details with my 50mm f/1.8 lens as I casually strolled back to my house. So beautiful.
